• Shaun Longstaff

    DIRECTOR

    Shaun is a self confessed Rugby nause. Hailing from New Zealand, he played Super 10 Rugby before heading to Glasgow where he won 15 caps for Scotland and was a member of the 1999 Five Nations championship winning team. Shaun Captained the Barbarians and had 2 seasons in France with Castres and Pau .

    Shaun is our most experienced Agent, he set up the Association of Rugby Agents and has contacts worldwide.

    He is married to Jenny and they have 3 amazing kids. They love spending time exploring in France when not relaxing at home in Ireland.

    A fun fact about Shaun is that he spent 9 years of his life training and operating as a Chef.

  • Daren O'Leary

    DIRECTOR

    Daren’s playing career spanned 16 years from the amateur days playing for Saracens into professionalism at several clubs including Harlequins and Gloucester. A try scoring wing who toured with England in 1997 he reportedly only managed 5 successful tackles in his entire career!

    He has been an agent since 2006, representing players in all major leagues around the world including the Premiership, URC, Top 14, Japan Rugby League 1 and Super Rugby. He specialises in a personal and detailed service to help a player achieve the most they can from the game and takes most satisfaction in representing a player from Academy and U18 all the way to Test Rugby.

    Away from work, when not walking their 2 Dogs or looking after their horses Daren and his wife Sophie can be found trying out new coffee shops and restaurants whenever they can.

    Before turning professional Daren worked as a Bond dealer in the city for 3 years.

  • Dan Tuohy

    AGENT

    Dan is a former Ireland 2nd Row with 11 Caps to his name. He originally hails from the Westcountry, but moved to Belfast to play for Ulster in 2009 where he now lives.

    Dan has played for a number of clubs both in England including Gloucester, Bristol, Exeter & Leicester Tigers & overseas in France, including Stade Francais & RCV Vannes.

    Dan became an agent in early 2023 and now represents clients in the URC, Premiership, Championship, Japan & MLR.

    Away from agency work, he owns a coffee shop & coaches locally. Dad of 2, Jaxon & Isabelle and husband to Keely.

  • Luke Narraway

    AGENT

    Luke is a former England international who has played over 300 senior games for Gloucester, Perpignan and London Irish. He has captained every club he played for, Luke was given the honour of captaining his country vs the Barbarians in 2009.

    Following rugby, Luke transitioned out of playing and into coaching. Firstly with Coventry winning the promotion in his first season, before moving to Top14 side Bordeaux. The Last 5 years Luke has been Fowards coach at Dragons RFC.

    In 2024 Luke joined YMU Rugby bringing a wealth of knowledge from his experiences as a player and a coach.

    Outside of rugby Luke enjoys Padel, Ju jitsu (reportedly the highest decorated belt at YMU Rugby) and BBQing. He is a dad of 2, Billy and Nate and husband to Toni.

  • Jemma Norton

    HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS & SOCIAL

    Jemma came to Rugby later in life, starting her career in 2016 at Withycombe RFC in Devon. After a brief stint at Windsor Dames, she moved back to Devon & rejoined Topsham RFC in 2018. She signed at Cullompton RFC in 2021 & enjoyed playing Championship Rugby until her retirement in 2023.

    Away from the pitch, Jemma can be found in the gym with her strongman husband Matt, on her paddleboard on the beautiful Devon coastlines or hanging out with her Beagle Lily and chameleon Spyro.

    Her role is to support our players & help them access the full package they receive when they join YMU; from helping book holidays & hotel stays, to linking players with brands and products to giving social media reviews and transition support, her role covers a wide spectrum of client needs. She helps our players “off pitch” so they can perform their best “on pitch”.

    In her life before Rugby, Jemma was a dog trainer & worked in dog rescue for several years, helping dogs find their forever homes.

  • Jenny Longstaff

    LEGAL COUNSEL

    Jenny is dual qualified in both Scottish and English law. She worked as a litigation solicitor before becoming in-house legal counsel around 2004. She is experienced in all aspects of pro rugby agency from employment and image rights contracts to commercial & disciplinary matters. Her role is to protect and support YMU Rugby Clients.

    Away from work, Jenny enjoys family life with her husband Shaun & three lovely children, Molly, Sophie and Flynn
